The hotel is conveniently located near the Basilica de Guadalupe, making it suitable for a city tour. While the room without a window was clean and modern, the morning mess outside wasn't very appealing. Ricardo at the front desk provided excellent service despite the initial unimpressive appearance. The dining experience was decent but lacked variety, considering they could offer common scrumbled eggs. The hotel's proximity to a mall and good location for city tours is a plus.

The staff, especially Ricardo at the front desk and the security personnel, are exceptionally helpful and polite. While the morning surroundings may seem messy, the hotel provides a great location close to the Basilica de Guadalupe.
